Experience an evening of fine food and expertly paired wines, in the Cavendish Restaurant in collaboration with leading English sparkling wine producer, Nyetimber.

Head Chef, Adam Johnson, has designed a bespoke tasting menu using the finest, locally sourced ingredients, with each course paired with a complementary Nyetimber wine.
