Enjoy a three course meal using seasonal produce, cooked by our Head Chef, Rob Allen. Joining us for the evening will be Stuart Bond, sommelier at the Cavendish hotel in Baslow and wine writer for Derbyshire life. 

Starter 

Gin & Beetroot cured salmon, pickled fennel salad and sourdough

Smoked duck with rocket, radish and tomato concasse, carrot & orange puree topped with parsnip crisps 

Main

Oven baked hake fillet, fried leeks, asparagus and mustard sauce 

or

Belly pork, pig cheeks, apple fondant, dauphinoise potatoes and apple jus 

Dessert

Crème brulee, fresh strawberries and shortbread

or

Warm chocolate brownie, honeycomb and vanilla ice-cream
