£6.50 per child | £2.50 per adult
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Max 1 adult per child.
Try out monoprinting - a one-off technique that uses a flat plate and ink to transfer a unique design onto a sheet of paper. Use images provided or create your own design to produce a Spring inspired print, while experimenting with collage that can be overlaid to produce fantastic colourful images.
This workshop is led by printmaking specialist Diane Cooper, an experienced art teacher who provides workshops for all ages at Chatsworth and in her studio.
About the session
Children must be accompanied by one paying adult. Workshops involve processes that may require adult assistance. We will be using water-based printmaking inks which can get messy - please wear suitable clothing and/or bring an old t-shirt or apron.
This event takes place at The Old Potting Shed learning centre in the Chatsworth Garden. Your booking includes car parking for one car per booking. On arrival, please show the car park attendant your booking confirmation. Make your way to the top garden gate entrance, situated outside the Stables Courtyard, where a member of the Learning team will meet you at the gate 10 minutes before the session start time. Please have your booking confirmation ready.
The Old Potting Shed is a step free, accessible venue. All materials are provided and no previous experience is necessary.
